What all is included in your rate?
Water, Sewer, Trash, and Electricity (except on monthly rentals)
When is my rent due?
Rent is due in full upon entering the park. If renting monthly, it will be due on the day of the month that was set up.
Is there WIFI at the park?
Yes, We have FREE WIFI, you'll be given access to our network once you've checked in.
Do you have a laundry facility?
Yes, we have a large laundry mat with several coin operated washers and dryers, and a table for folding.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have a men and a women’s shower and restroom. Each one has 3 large, clean shower stalls and is accessible 24 hours a day with the use of an access code.
 Do you allow pets and are there any restrictions?
Yes we allow dogs but you must be able to present an up to date shot record. No aggressive or excessively barking dogs will be tolerated. Dogs are not to be left outside tied up and must always be on a leash while outside of the RV. There are multiple pet clean up stations to clean up after your pet. We have two large dog parks available. We have one dog park at the front of the park near the Community Clubhouse and the second one is in the rear of the park next to our lovely pond.
How many people can stay at my RV site?
Our rates apply to a double occupancy (2 people). Additional occupants are each $5 daily, $25 weekly, and $75 monthly. This applies to occupants over the age of 18 years old. We allow a maximum of 6 guests per site.
How many vehicles can I have at my RV site?
We allow a maximum of 2 vehicles. We have additional parking available for temporary guest parking.
Can I have a BBQ pit at my site?
Yes, we allow small barbecue pits at RV sites.
Where do I put my trash?
There are two dumpsters in the park located at the back of the property. No trash is to be stored in bags outside.
